Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Kaveria. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and the policies below explain how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
 
RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your order tracking. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Some items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, so return windows and requirements can vary slightly by product; check your order confirmation or contact us if you're unsure.
 
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with instructions, including the return address, which may differ depending on which supplier fulfilled your item.
 
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
 
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
 
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, items marked as final sale, opened cosmetics or skincare products, and made-to-order or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
 
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because many of our products are processed and shipped quickly by our fulfillment partners, we can only guarantee cancellation if you contact us within a few hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it's treated as a standard return.
