Thank you for shopping with Kaveria. This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, shipping times, and delivery work for purchases made on our site.

Order Processing Time — We work with a network of third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to source and ship the products listed on our store. Processing times vary by item; most orders are processed within 2-5 business days, with some items taking up to 7 business days during high demand. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping Times — Standard Shipping: ~7-20 business days. Express Shipping: ~5-10 business days. These are estimates only, not guarantees, and can vary by supplier location, weather, customs, and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates — Standard: $8.00 (free on orders $70+). Express: $15.00 flat.

Multiple Packages and Shipments — Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in the same order may ship separately with different tracking numbers and arrival times.

Order Tracking — A confirmation email with tracking is sent once your order ships; some partners take a few days to activate tracking.

Delays — Delays can occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or high volume, outside our control.

Risk of Loss — Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, consistent with our Terms of Service.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items — Contact us with your order number for a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
